What is Sliding Puzzle?

Sliding Puzzle is a classic brain game where you arrange shuffled number tiles in the correct order. Using the empty space, you must move adjacent tiles to arrange them sequentially from 1. It's an educational game that can improve logical thinking and spatial cognition, offering three difficulty levels: 3x3 (Easy), 4x4 (Medium), and 5x5 (Hard). The goal is to complete the puzzle with minimum moves, requiring strategic thinking and planning abilities.

How to Play

  1. Select your desired difficulty (Easy/Medium/Hard) when starting the game.
  2. Shuffled number tiles are displayed, and only tiles adjacent to the empty space can move.
  3. Click a tile to move it into the empty space.
  4. Arrange numbers sequentially from 1 to complete the puzzle.
  5. The number of moves and time taken are recorded.

Solution Tips

  • Use a strategy of completing the first row first, then moving to the second row
  • The last 2 rows must be solved together, so secure maneuvering space
  • Don't move randomly—plan ahead 3-4 moves and move strategically
  • When stuck, use the 'Restart' button to try a new arrangement
